We'd love to have you stay, but if you've chose to not renew your lease, here is what you can expect:

Complete this FORM:

60 Day Notice

Tenant(s) is required to give, in writing, a sixty-day (60) notice of intention to move. The more notice you're able to provide, the smoother the process for all! You can complete this notice here and click on the Move Out Icon.

Move Out Inspection

We will perform a move-out inspection once all your belongings have been moved out and will also collect all keys at this time.  We will be using this checklist for the move-out inspection. You are REQUIRED to maintain Electric/Water/Gas(if applicable) for your move out inspection.

Security Deposit

Once the move out inspection is performed and you have fully moved out you can expect to get a final accounting and security deposit back with 15-30 days from that point. We will provide you with a fully itemized list of any deductions.

Auto Pay / Utilities

If you were on auto payments, please remember to turn off prior to your move out date to ensure you do not get charged for the following month. Since we have 15-30 days to do final accounting, you will stay in our system for an additional 30 days from your move out.  Please also ensure to shut off all utilities and any other services for the home you may have been paying for.

TNT - Tenant's Notice to Vacate
Use this form to give notice to move out. All fields are required. If you do not receive your move out instructions email within two days, please contact the office.
WHEN TO GIVE NOTICE: Notice must be received on or before the FIRST DAY of the month. If we receive your move out notice after the first of the month there is a late move out notice fee = 1 times rent.

REMINDERS (see Lease Agreement for details)

• Rent and utilities must be paid through the end of your move out month.
• Turn off utilities on the last day of the month. If utilities are turned off before the end of the month, then you may be charged a fee.
• If you leave before your lease expires, then you are required to pay an early termination fee. The early termination fee = 2 times your rent

CANCELLATION FEE: If you decided not to move out, then you will be charged a $250 cancellation fee.

Rental Address
Tenants are responsible for rent and utilities until the end of the month.
We understand that our deposit will be refunded as agreed, less past due unpaid charges, if any, after we have moved out completely and returned possession of the premises, including keys and such, to the management, as long as we leave the residence in clean and undamaged condition. The deposit will be returned within 30 days after the last day of our lease.

We understand that our Lease Agreement requires 60 day written notice to vacate after the term of the lease has expired. We understand that we are responsible for paying rent through the end of the term agreed to in the Lease Agreement, stated above (Move Out Date).

We understand that if we are using Military Orders to terminate our lease (other than during a month to month tenancy), that we will abide by the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), 50 U.S.C. App. Section 535. The Service Member must deliver a written notice of termination to the landlord, along with a copy of military orders for a deployment period of no less than 90 days. Once proper notification has been provided to the landlord, the effective date of termination is 30 days after the first date on which the next rental payment is due. For example, Sgt. Jane, provides proper notice of termination to her landlord under the SCRA on the 5th of December, then the effective date of termination is the 1st of February.
